

Manhattan Beach Sister City Committee, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to promoting goodwill, friendship, cultural, educational, economic and people to people exchanges among the citizens of two cities. The agenda empowers private citizens as well as municipal officials, local businesses and civic organizations to foster true relationships with the people of both countries through community outreach programs.
The Sister Cities Program was founded in 1956 by President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Established as a national movement for local community development and volunteer action in the global arena.
Santa Rosalia, Baja California Sur, Mexico was selected as Manhattan Beach’s sister city in 1989.
